Debbie Prescott | Business Development

Debbie Prescott has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004 and made the change to the title side of the real estate industry in 2017. Debbie grew up in eastern Pennsylvania and graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Having a business mind and extensive real estate training, Debbie works with our realtor and investor clients to build relationships and provide the resources they need to be successful and make money.

When Debbie is not working, she spends time volunteering with Operation Helping Hand and Mentoring with Purpose Charity (a leadership and life skills program). Debbie and her husband, Randy, have two adult children and five family puppies, one of which is a four-month old Great Dane!

Debra Dearborn | Branch Manager

Debra Dearborn has been in the legal/real estate field for 40+ years. She is a licensed Title Agent in the states of Florida and Louisiana and holds a Paralegal certification specializing in real estate. Since moving from New Jersey in 2003, Debra has been with Genesis Title Company as Branch Manager. She currently resides in Valrico with her husband. Debra enjoys spending time with her three adult children and granddaughter.

Shawntel Lamarca | Office Manager

Shawntel joined Genesis Title Company in 2003 as a title processor and has since worked all aspects of the closing process. Shawntel has successfully closed real estate transactions of all types and has adopted the necessary changes needed to succeed in the ever-changing real estate industry. She remains committed to providing the best service in the marketplace. Shawntel’s passion for the industry and expertise help her to identify and provide timely solutions to the staff of the company and her clients. Shawntel is a licensed title agent for the State of Florida and Louisiana.

In her spare time, Shawntel enjoys running, mountain biking and camping.
