What is SREIA?
SREIA is a non-profit educational and networking association run by non-paid, elected Officers and Board of Directors. SREIA's objective is to assist experienced and beginning real estate investors in acquiring practical knowledge of real estate investment concepts through education, discussion and networking.
Who are SREIA's members?
SREIA's membership consists of people from all walks of life. Some are full-time investors, while other are part-time investors with a separate full-time job. Others still are beginning investors, seeking the knowledge that will enable them to make their first investment. One common bond among our members is a desire to grow in knowledge and experience, and a willingness to share with others.
Why should I join SREIA?
Being a member of SREIA is all about education and learning from each other and the experts. SREIA is dedicated to bring in only the best national and local educational speakers in order to keep us informed on up-to-date real estate investing innovations, laws and techniques. In addition, where else can you network with "hands on" investors that are willing to share their knowledge and experience? If you are considering the world of real estate investing, you owe it to yourself to become a member of SREIA.
What if I don't have any real estate experience?
Not a problem. As many of SREIA's members are new to real estate investing, no doubt you will discover that other members share your interest and desire to learn how to become a successful real estate investor. To meet your needs, SREIA offers a diverse schedule of events tailored to the educational needs of a beginning investor. Also, you will find out the experienced investors are eager to offer advice and insight to further assist you on the road to success.
What does a membership cost?
The first year's annual membership dues are $150.00 for the first person and $50.00 for each additional person in the same household; additional persons may be a spouse, life partner, or parent/child. The annual membership renewal dues are only $125.00. However, if you are not sure you want to join immediately, you can attend as a guest for only $20.00 per attendee. Should you decide to join after attending as a guest, you will receive a $20.00 credit toward your annual membership if you join that same day. What benefits do I get with my membership?
Your annual individual membership entitles you to attendance at over 20 educational meetings throughout the year. The General Meeting features top notch national and local educators focused on instructing both the beginner and advanced real estate investor, while the luncheon features local investors and subject matter experts.
Added to the educational content, the meetings provide a great opportunity to network with other real estate investors. In addition, you are entitled to present houses for sale or advertise your desire to buy houses. (Please note, all promotional material must have an accountable contact name and phone number.)
Finally, your membership entitles you to discounts on products or services available from our diversified list of Vendors, as well as other local businesses. All this for so little.

Do I need a real estate license?
