What if you could sell a house without the hassle and expense of owning it? Do you think you could make some money?

As Mr. Tom Nardone explained his system, it was clear how this could be done and he has even arranged a weekend seminar to teach you how to do it.

Tom has been a postal worker delivering mail to many homes in distress, gleaned from the type of mail he delivered. He then purchased over 150 homes, keeping 28 for long term wealth and selling the rest.

Even though that worked great then, Tom stressed that times have changed and methods of investing have to change accordingly. He now recommends a 5 point process of locating a property, tying it up with an inexpensive option for 15 days, and establishing a weekend auction selling to the highest bidder. This normally provides Tom with $15,000, or more, for profit within a couple of weeks.

Finding properties is easy, says Tom, as they will find you. With the many wholesalers in this area, you can have your pick of properties and wholesalers with which to deal. Pick a nice house that needs little work, or just cleaning, then place an option to buy for 15 days with two conditions: the right to sell the property and the right to show it.

Start your marketing campaign with ads, bandit signs, door hangars, e-mail lists, web sites, Web 2.0 sites, etc. Many houses are sold to the surrounding neighbors during the auction, so spread the word in that neighborhood. Begin gathering names and contact information and build your buyer’s list. Even if the house does not sell at the auction, you will have developed a qualified buyer’s list for the next auction. Set up your auction, arrange the purchase and sale of the property and cash your check.
